Our latest project on Fleetwood Circle promises to be one of our most transformative ventures. At first glance, the residence’s facade might hint at the sternness of a fortress or even the cold barriers of a prison. However, we see past this initial impression to the potential underneath: a canvas ripe for contemporary reimagining.

A Touch of Westview's Historical Allure

Situated in the heart of Westview, a southwestern Atlanta neighborhood, the property is surrounded by a rich architectural tapestry. Westview stands out with its predominant Arts and Crafts style bungalows, relics of the early 1900s, and a diverse range of architectural gems including Four-Square, Tudor, Minimal Traditional, and Ranch styles. The presence of a proactive neighborhood association ensures that the charm and character of the community continue to evolve with the times. Anyone residing on Fleetwood Circle, including the future homeowners of our Fleetwood Circle project, will relish in the well-planned developments this area boasts.

Living in Westview means enjoying the best of both worlds. Amidst the hustle of intown city living, residents find solace in ample green spaces and an enduring sense of community. The neighborhood promises a blend of antiquity and modernity with its creative spaces, antique markets, yoga studios, and local eateries. Furthermore, outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate its proximity to two Atlanta Beltline trails and the picturesque Lionel Hampton-Beecher Hills Park.

Crafting a Modern Masterpiece

Beyond the restoration of the facade, which will now feature enlarged windows, wood cladding, and fiber cement siding, we have an expansive vision for the interior. Recognizing the need for open spaces conducive to modern lifestyles, we plan to reduce the two-car garage to a single space. This change will pave the way for a sprawling open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen and living room, separated by an architecturally exposed stud wall, promise both function and aesthetic appeal.

Our transformation doesn't stop at the main level. Venturing into the basement, we're meticulously crafting a grand master suite with direct, private access to the rear yard. Further enhancing the basement's functionality, a versatile den area is underway. This space, adaptable to the homeowner's needs, could emerge as a secondary lounge, an intimate library, or even a lively games room.

In essence, our Fleetwood Circle project stands as a testament to our commitment to architectural innovation. We aim to seamlessly integrate Westview’s storied history with the contemporary needs and desires of today's homeowner. Join us in witnessing the evolution of this residence, from its stern beginnings to an epitome of functional elegance.
