At 33NEST, we believe that every space should be designed with intention, purpose, and beauty. We are excited to announce our latest development in Macon, Georgia, where we will be building a mix of single family and multi-family homes that incorporate Scandinavian minimal principles while also taking inspiration from the surrounding neighborhood. Our vision for Clinton Road includes four key elements: Quality Design, Economic Benefit, Legacy, and Affordability.

The truth is, we are surrounded by architecture in our daily lives, but only a select few are designed with true excellence. Strip malls, office buildings, and subdivisions have become monotonous and uninspiring in their lack of creativity and individuality. We aim to break away from this trend with our vision for Clinton Road. Our focus on quality design means that every space will be intentionally designed to be both functional and beautiful. We believe that good architectural design should not be limited to a privileged few, but should be accessible to all.

Economic benefit is also at the forefront of our development. By creating homes that encourage investment and other economic opportunities in the area, we hope to foster a sense of community pride and collective self-esteem. We believe that a thriving community is one that is economically strong and socially connected.

Legacy is another key element of our development. We want our homes to enhance the surrounding landscape, enriching the neighborhood's cultural identity and inspiring quality designs for generations to come. We understand the importance of leaving a positive mark on the world, and our development is one way that we can do this.

Finally, we are committed to affordability. We believe that everyone deserves access to good architectural design, regardless of their income. We are proud to offer homes that are both beautiful and affordable, making them accessible to a wider range of people.

At 33NEST, we are passionate about breaking the mold of affordable housing. We believe that good design can enhance our daily lives, foster community pride, and leave a positive legacy for future generations. We are excited to bring our vision for Clinton Road to life, and we look forward to sharing it with you.
