Clinton Road Phase 1

Innovative living, rooted in community.

Clinton Road Phase 1 is a bold reimagining of four lots on a subdivided 3-acre property in Macon, Georgia, where thoughtful architecture meets community-driven development. Designed to balance affordability and aesthetics, the project introduces four distinct homes shaped by the site’s topography and zoning constraints.

Each home is a tailored response to its specific lot conditions: corner lots invite open layouts and angular decks; sloped lots are met with inventive split-level forms that feel carved into the land. Across the board, the designs maximize natural light, preserve existing vegetation, and emphasize privacy through staggered placements and outdoor living extensions.

These first four homes range from staggered duplexes to split-level treehouse-like dwellings, prioritizing livability, daylight, and connection to nature while introducing a new standard for infill development in Macon.
